I understand that accounting is open from Monday - Friday 10 AM - 5 PM EDT and I will hear back within 1-3 business days regarding my withdrawal request.
I understand that I will be required to produce documentation including Photo ID (driver's license or passport), Utility bill for address verification & copies of any and all credit cards I may have used.
I understand that if I want to expedite the process I should attach scanned copies of the aforementioned documentation to this ticket now by using the upload files feature at the bottom of this page.
I understand that after I submit this documentation it will be reviewed and the withdrawal will be approved/denied depending on whether the wagering requirements have been met. If approved, the withdrawal will then be processed in 2-3 business days.
Having understood the process outlined above I now know that for me to receive a first time withdrawal that requires document verification it could take as much as much as 10-14 business days.
I understand that opening another ticket regarding my withdrawal when I already have a pending request will cause my withdrawal request to be delayed.
**IMPORTANT** I understand that everytime I update a ticket the response timer resets and my ticket goes to the end of the line. So once I have sent all the pertinent info I SHOULD NOT contact Accounting again and wait up to 3 business days for a response
**IMPORTANT** Support/Live chat has no information whatsoever regarding withdrawals. To get an update about my withdrawal I must wait up to 3 business days since the last time I contacted Accounting for a response.
We are commited to responding to you within 3 business days from your last message to us. If you keep updating this ticket (by emailing or via the site) before allowing 3 business days to pass you will keep resetting the response timer and won't hear back
Please ensure you provide your correct username otherwise the processing of your ticket may be delayed.
It is recommended to leave the amount to the default value of "Maximum possible" if you have redeemed a bonus. You can however, change it to any amount you may have available if you prefer.
